TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF GRANTING A LICENSE
TO USE OR REDISTRIBUTE SOFTWARE
FROM IMAGING ASSOCIATES INTERNATIONAL
Using Software from Imaging Associates International ("The Software")
or installing it with the installer program ("The Installer") used to
distribute The Software constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of
this license agreement. The terms and conditions of this license may change
at any time. The current version of this license agreement is always located
at http://www.imagingassociates.com.au/licenses/software-license.html.
RIGHT TO USE.
You are hearby granted a non-exclusive license to use The Software
in any legal way, for purposes that are commercial or otherwise,
with the following restrictions:
1) You may not decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer The Software.
2) While you may use The Software in Demo Mode indefinitely, if you wish to
activate all features of The Software you must purchase a license key
from Imaging Associates International for yourself or for each and
every user of The Software in your organization or business. You may only
activate The Software by using a valid license key that you have paid for
and purchased from Imaging Associates International directly or an
intermediary authorized by Imaging Associates International.You may
NOT activate The Software by using a license key that you have NOT paid for
or have obtained from a source other than Imaging Associates International
or an intermediary authorized by Imaging Associates International.
RIGHT TO REDISTRIBUTE
You are hearby granted a non-exclusive license to redistribute an unlimited
number of copies of the installer program for The Software ("The Installer")
in any legal way, for purposes that are commercial or otherwise, with the
following restrictions:
1) You may not repackage, rebrand or alter The Installer or (The Software
packaged within it) in anyway. Any and all copies of The Installer that you
redistribute must be bit-for-bit identical copies of the file originally
downloaded from www.imagingassociates.com.au, including the copy of this
license agreement that is built into The Software.
2) You may not redistribute The Software, or any other associated files that
are installed by The Installer, separately from The Installer.
3) If you allow copies of The Installer to be downloaded directly from
a website under your control, you must include a valid hyperlink
to http://www.imagingassociates.com.au/ that is clearly visible on the same
webpage as the hyperlink to the copy of The Software stored locally
on your website.
RESERVED RIGHTS
All other rights associated with The Software remain with Imaging Associates
International.
NO WARRANTY.
The Software is licensed "as is", and comes with no warranty of any kind,
expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the warranties of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
By choosing to use The Software, you assume the entire risk for any damage
or loss resulting from its use.
